Topping-out ceremony of Männimudila kindergarten

On 11 March, the topping-out ceremony of the innovative new building of Männimudila kindergarten was held. It is the first kindergarten in Tallinn to be built as a timber-frame structure from CLT panels.

Astlanda Ehitus presented the rafter wreath to deputy mayors Andrei Kante and Tiit Terik, Nõmme district elder Karmo Kuri, and kindergarten director Pille Roosiorg.

The new Männimudila building was designed by AW2, is being built by Astlanda Ehitus OÜ, and is supervised by Ehitusagentuur OÜ. The total cost of the building is estimated at around 9.43 million euros. The building was completed in 2024.
