KV Real Estate Rally 2025 x Lõvirahu

27.10.2025

At the beginning of October, we took part in the KV Real Estate Rally 2025, where we proudly showcased our completed Lõvirahu development.
Located in the popular Kristiine district, the apartment buildings at Vesipapi 6 and 8 are now fully completed and ready to welcome new residents! During the event’s Open House Day, visitors had the opportunity to explore the last remaining available apartments, some of which are true gems.

We also had the pleasure of presenting two freshly completed show apartments:

  • A cozy 3-room apartment, furnished in collaboration with IKEA.

  • A stylish 3-room apartment, featuring interior pieces from Kave Home.

Watch our aftermovie and relive the inspiring atmosphere of this special day!

Couldn’t make it? No worries!
You can visit all available apartments every day. Just get in touch and we’ll find a time that suits you.

Write to us or call – we’ll help you find your new home in Lõvirahu!
