Teatrimaja is an exceptional project, developed by Teatri Maja Residents OÜ and built by Astlanda Ehitus. This unique project combines the grandeur of history with modern construction quality, creating a special living environment right in the centre of Tallinn.
Partly renovated and partly rebuilt, the theatre building is full of character and elegance. The classical notes and historical atmosphere of the building create a unique atmosphere where each apartment is a masterpiece in its own right.
