The courtyard and domed buildings of Tehnopol 3KV get a new look

25.08.2024

Astlanda is developing the Tehnopol office complex and has refreshed the courtyard between the buildings, creating new seating areas and improved landscaping. The renovated courtyard now offers more comfort and brings added value to the Tehnopol development.

Modern domes have been built on the roof of the third phase of Tehnopol in cooperation with Klaar.

These functional and aesthetically pleasing domes are designed for leisure, meetings, and even dining, offering tenants a unique environment.

“We want to give the Tehnopol community more than just a great place to work — we also want to create a space where people can relax and get inspired with new ideas. The new outdoor area and dome-shaped buildings make our development better and bring real benefits to everyone at Tehnopol,” said Kajar Kruus.
